Nestled in the rolling hills of northwestern Iowa is a rural community called Ida Grove. We are small in size, but large in opportunities and family values, and have a wide variety of activities for people from all walks of life.
Ida Grove, Iowa, is known as the "castle" town, but we are much, much more! Our two major industries employ more than 300 persons each, our Rec Center and outdoor walking trail provide everyone with the opportunity to stay fit, and our health services are expanding with the construction of a new physical rehabilitation center at Horn Memorial Hospital.
Our value of life is high, and our cost of living is low. Education is revered, and is especially evident through the BCIG Citizens' Scholarship Foundation, which provides every graduating senior in the BCIG district with a scholarship to further their education.
Along with all the local activities and recreational opportunities, Ida Grove is also a short drive from many towns, both larger and smaller, which also have a wide variety of attractions and places where you can have an enjoyable time in Iowa!
