Mayor Ernst presided over the session and called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. with the following members present:  Barger, Rupert, Fineran and Cates.  Member absent:  Carnine. 

Motion by Council Member Fineran to approve the agenda, second by Council Member Bargar.  On a unanimous vote motion carried.

Motion by Rupert to approve the $44,500 contract with Snyder and Associates on the Moorehead Avenue Bridge repair, and pay the initial $19,800 for the design phase, second by Council Member Fineran.  On a unanimous vote motion carried.  

Motion by Council Member Cates to approve the contract with Snyder and Associates and pay $8,850 for project development phase for the Hillcrest and Badger Creek Lift Stations, second by Council Member Fineran.  On a unanimous vote motion carried. 

Motion by Council Member Fineran to approve the contract with Snyder and Associates on wastewater treatment for DNR compliance requirements and pay the $4,800 project development phase, second by Council Member Rupert.  On a unanimous vote motion carried. 

Motion by Council Member Bargar to approve the consent agenda, second by Council Member Rupert.  On a unanimous vote motion carried.

Motion by Council Member Fineran to approve Geraldine Dankert and Karen Wiertsema to the Planning and Zoning Commission, second by Council Member Bargar.  On a unanimous vote motion carried.

Motion by Council Member Rupert to approve Mike Glawe to the Board of Adjustment, second by Council Member Cates.  On a unanimous vote motion carried.

Motion by Cates to approve $1200 -$1500 for texturizing and taping City Hall entrance, second by Council Member Fineran.  On a unanimous vote motion carried. 

Motion by Rupert to approve Calhoun and Burns, Consulting Engineers, to do the general inspection of 5^th and 7^th street bridges for $400, second by Council Member Cates.  On a unanimous vote motion carried.

Motion by Council Member Rupert to adjourn the meeting, second by Council Member Fineran.  On a unanimous vote motion carried.
