Mayor Ernst presided over the session and called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. with the following members present: Fineran, Bargar, Carnine, Cates and Rupert.

Motion by Council Member Fineran to approve the agenda, second by Council Member Rupert. On a unanimous vote motion carried.

Motion by Council Member Carnine to approve the consent agenda, second by Council Member Fineran. On a unanimous vote motion carried.

Motion by Council Member Carnine to approve the Siouxland Aging Services – Elderly Nutrition Project Agreement for use of the Community Hall for two-years, second by Council Member Cates. On a unanimous vote motion carried.

Motion by Council Member Carnine to accept the $44,114.81 from the MTBE litigation, second by Council Member Fineran. On a unanimous vote motion carried.

Motion by Council Member Cates to approve Jennifer Conover to serve on the Ida Grove Community Recreation Center Board, second by Fineran. On a unanimous vote motion carried.

Motion by Council Member Cates to adjourn, second by Council Member Rupert. On a unanimous vote motion carried.

Meeting adjourned at 6:40 p.m.
