Mayor Ernst presided over the session and called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. with the following members present: Bargar, Cates, Fineran, Rupert, and Carnine.

Motion by Council Member Carnine to approve the amended agenda with mowing yards and North Star Customer Appreciation Day petting zoo, second by Council Member Bargar. On a unanimous vote motion carried.

The City Council discussed the Household Hazardous Waste Materials Collection noting it is scheduled for August 26th, and the location for collection is now at the City Maintenance Shop.

Mayor Ernst reported finding trash at various times at the compost pile. Signs are up now to stop illegal trash dumping, but if it continues to be misused the compost pile will be closed.

Motion by Council Member Carnine to adjourn, second by Council Member Fineran. On a unanimous vote motion carried.

Meeting adjourned at 6:35 p.m.
